  • I’ve got a parking ticket. How do I appeal it?
    Head to https://www.liverpoolmarina.com/pcn-appeals to appeal your parking ticket
  • "Can you let me know if there any cancellations?"
    Sadly our system is not that sophisticated and because the entire process is automated, we would not know if anyone had immediately cancelled. However, as soon as a customer does cancel, that bay will become free on those dates, so please do keep checking.
  • Q: How can I book a berth?
    A: You can book a berth by contacting our reception staff via phone, email, or through the contact form on our website. We'll be happy to check availability and assist you with the booking process.
  • "How do I change the dates of our booking?
    Please check your spam and junk folder for an email from RMS cloud. The email will contain a link to the client portal where you can amend or cancel your booking at any time. Please note, we do not offer refunds on cancellations.
  • Q: What are the operating hours for The Anchor bar and kitchen?
    A: The Anchor bar and kitchen are open daily from 9am until late. It's the perfect spot to enjoy a meal or a drink with a view of the marina.
  • Q: What types of berths are available?
    A: We offer both short-term and long-term berths for various boat sizes. We have serviced and unserviced options, with 16-32 amp supply available. Our marina can accommodate over 300 vessels.
  • "I am trying to book for specific dates and nothing is coming up. How can I book ahead?"
    We will release dates in the calendar up to three months ahead of time. Unfortunately, we are not able to manually book your bay, so please try again nearer to the time. If you are trying to book within the three month period and cannot see any bays, we are fully booked.
  • Are there any event spaces available for hire at the marina?

  • How do I book a campervan/RV space?
    We accept rv bookings online only. Head to https://www.liverpoolmarina.com/rvparking
  • "What bay am I in?"
    Please check your spam and junk folder for an email from RMS cloud. The email will remind you of the bay you have booked.
  • Q: Can I reserve a berth online?
    A: Currently, berth reservations are handled through our website. Please complete the form online via www.liverpoolmarina.com
  • Q: Do you offer winter mooring discounts?
    A: Yes, we provide discounts for winter mooring usually around 50% which run from October to march for new customers of sailing vessels between 7-12m. Please contact our reception for more information on rates and availability.
  • Q: How do I access the marina after hours?
    A: the marina is open 24/7. Berth holders have access cards which gain access to the pontoons and showers. You can book out-of-hours lock operations online for access between 10 pm and 5 am. Our lock operates between 5 am and 10 pm, aligning with tide times.
  • Q: What security measures are in place for berth holders?
    A: We have state-of-the-art CCTV cameras and secure electric access gates to ensure the safety of all berth holders and their vessels as well as on site security between 8pm - 8am 7 days a week.
  • Q: How can I book a berth?
    A: You can book a berth by contacting our reception staff via phone, email, or through the contact form on our website. We'll be happy to check availability and assist you with the booking process.
  • Q: What marine engineering services are available?
    A: Bluepoint Marine Services offers a range of marine engineering services, including a 60-tonne travel hoist. Contact us for specific service inquiries.
  • Q: What dining options are available at the marina?
    A: We have The Anchor bar and kitchen on-site, which serves food and drinks daily from 9 am to late. It's a great place to relax and enjoy a meal or a drink with a view of the marina.
  • Q: Is there a chandlery, and what are its hours?
    A: Yes, we have a chandlery on-site. It's open Monday to Saturday. Please visit for all your boating essentials.
  • Q: Can I cancel or modify my berth reservation?
    A: Yes, you can cancel or modify your reservation. Please contact our reception staff for assistance with any changes to your booking
  • Q: How is the marina secured?
    A: Liverpool Marina is equipped with CCTV cameras and secure electric access gates to ensure the safety of all boats and guests. We take security seriously to provide peace of mind for our customers.
  • Q: Is there WiFi available for boaters?
    A: Yes, we provide free super-fast WiFi for all our guests. You can easily connect to stay in touch or work remotely during your stay.
