After years of dedication, hard work, and countless smiles, Kevin—our much-loved Marina Maintenance expert—is setting sail into retirement. It’s a bittersweet moment for everyone at Liverpool Marina, as we say goodbye to a colleague who has been a true asset to our team and a friendly face to berth holders and staff alike.
A True Marina Legend
Kevin has been an integral part of the Liverpool Marina family for years, ensuring that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. From maintaining the docks and keeping the facilities in top shape to lending a hand whenever needed, his expertise and reliability have made a real difference. But it’s not just his skills that will be missed—it’s his cheery smile, his positive attitude, and the way he brightened up the marina every single day.
For both the team and our berth holders, Kevin was more than just a colleague—he was a friend, always ready with a smile, a helping hand, or a warm greeting. His presence made Liverpool Marina feel like home for so many, and his absence will certainly be felt.
Retirement Plans: Relaxation & New Adventures
As Kevin embarks on this new chapter, he already has some exciting plans lined up. First on the list? Booking a well-earned holiday—no doubt, a few relaxing getaways are on the horizon! But knowing Kev, he won’t be putting his toolbox away completely. There are a few jobs around the house waiting for him, and we’re sure his wife has a carefully compiled to-do list ready!
A Fond Farewell from the Team
Kevin, on behalf of everyone at Liverpool Marina, we want to say a huge thank you for everything you’ve done. Your hard work, dedication, and kindness have left a lasting impact on all of us. While we’ll miss seeing you around the marina every day, we wish you nothing but happiness, relaxation, and new adventures in your retirement.
Enjoy every moment—you’ve certainly earned it!
Fair winds and following seas, Kevin! ⛵🎉
