At Liverpool Marina, we're committed to reducing our carbon footprint, and promoting greener & more sustainable best practises throughout our operation and with our berth holders.

We have already made great progress with our green initiatives to date, and look forward to continual improvement.

'Ship Happens' - except in our waters...!

We actively encourage all berth holders to use our mobile pump out facilities by making it easy to empty tanks responsibly. Moving our bookings online has seen an increase in bookings by over 55% over the last three years. All our pump out services include the use of Elsan Blue/Green.

Weekly Water Clear Ups

Our team are continually working to ensure our waters are free of litter and other pollution by conducting weekly water clear ups and clearing up whilst completing jobs. We recycle the items we collect via the various on-site recycling streams we have including plastic, mixed glass, cardboard & paper, household, organic, waste oil, (WEE) electronic, battery disposal and flares.

LED light replacements

Liverpool Marina is proud to announce our LED light replacement programme. We are committed to reducing our carbon footprint and providing a more sustainable environment for our community. Our new LED lights are energy-efficient and long-lasting, ensuring a brighter and safer marina for all.

Recycling Stations
